"This was my first time working with a professional designer or doing a project of this size. When it came time to start my bathroom renovation, I knew some things that I wanted to change or needed to fix, but I had no idea what style I wanted or where to even begin. Amy was indispensable. She had the added challenge of my project being in another state, so she couldn't be on site or as fully hands on as she would be with other projects. But even so she was involved in everything while still allowing me to make final selections that I was happy with. She found the right contractor and communicated ideas and requirements to him. She provided me tile and fixture suggestions to choose from. She never overwhelmed me with options. She wisely narrowed suggestions to a choice between two and we'd go from there. Doing so she zeroed in on my style without me even knowing what my style was. She advised where things should be positioned or whether the contractor should redo something. She noticed details I definitely would have missed. She was always prompt to respond to phone calls, emails and texts, and I was really impressed by her professionalism and expertise. I'm so glad I trusted her on everything. I ended up with a beautiful bathroom with modern and unique flair that reflects me and won't go out of style too soon. I'm spoiled now; it will be hard to go back to DIY on smaller projects.."

"I have a large open den that has frustrated me ever since we moved into our house. It opens onto a covered porch so it tends to be dark. I knew I needed help and enlisted Amy's services. I have always been intimidated by designers, but she quickly put me at ease. She was pleasant, punctual and well educated. She was very quickly able to identify the problems and make recommendations. She pointed out how to reconfigure the room and narrowed furniture selections down for my husband and I. That was no small feat as my husband and I don't always agree on style. She selected several choices of the pieces we needed along with different fabrics. She was able to identify our style but also make suggestions for things I would never have considered. Needless to say, we absolutely love our new den! It went from being a room I avoided to my favorite one in the house. It just "feels right". She was able to make it balanced, classy, and comfortable.
